Elsie & Fleur

Trish is a seasoned foodie with an AGA to boot. She discovered her love for cooking thanks to an inspirational cookery teacher at school. Trish developed her skills while catering for family and friends and at local events, as well as some professional commissions.

The talented cook lives on the edge of the stunning Quantock Hills, where she runs cookery demonstrations and sugar craft workshops, as well as a bed and breakfast. 

Trish makes tasty traditional Christmas puddings for us and also cooks up gluten and dairy-free puds.
