  • Use one tea bag or rounded teaspoon of tea per cup required.
  • Always use fresh water and make sure it is boiling.
  • Boil the water just once or you’ll reduce the oxygen in it and this affects the flavour.
  • Brew for three/four minutes.
  • Milk in last if you are using a teabag in a mug otherwise milk in first.
