Finding gluten and dairy-free festive food isn’t easy but thanks to AGA cookery expert Trish Kennedy you can buy the perfect Christmas pud and cakes from us and you can pre-order them now for December delivery.

Trish, who lives in the shadow of the windswept Quantock Hills in Somerset, explained: “My husband is gluten intolerant so I created my Christmas puddings and cakes out of necessity and I have turned them into a business along with selling my other puddings and hosting AGA cookery courses, which take place in my own kitchen.

“It’s really important for people with coeliac disease to have a luxury Christmas pudding and that is what I have created. Coeliac is an autoimmune disease, where the body’s immune system attacks its own tissues.

“In people with coeliac disease, this immune reaction is triggered by gluten, a collective name for a type of protein found in the cereals wheat, rye and barley.”
